Very successful Rite Aid trip

ok I bought:

Herbal Essences shampoo & conditioner - sale price 2/$5   used a BOGO coupon - saved $2.50
  final price $2.50   (earn $2 +UP)  $0.25 each

2 York peppermint patties  - sale price 2/$1.00  used $0.50 off coupon from RA video - saved $0.50

final price $0.50    $0.25 each

2 crest 3D whitening toothpastes -  sale price $2.49 each     used 2 $0.75 off coupons for the crest from the paper - saved $1.50  final price     $3.48  (earn $1.50 +UP each)   would have been $0.24 each if I would have known that the toothpaste had to be rung up separately to get the +up reward for each but I didnt so it cost me $0.99 each

TOTAL SAVED IN COUPONS: $4.50
I used $3 in +UP from last weeks visit

(PS:  I would have made $1.00 if I had rung the 2 toothpastes separately ... oh well ... live and learn.  I am still pretty happy!!)
